Dare Mighty Things Continues Outreach, Education, and Training Benefiting NH Veterans, Service Members, and their Families (April 2017)

Dare Mighty Things (DMT) has recently been awarded a follow-on contract through the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to provide outreach, education, and training benefiting NH Service Members, Veterans, and their Families. This initiative, led by DMT’s Chief Operating Officer, Jacqueline Bessette, will involve the implementation of 12 trainings for civilian service providers across New Hampshire. Trainings include Basic Military Culture Training (3 CEs pending), Military Culture Training for Medical Providers (3 CMEs pending), and Training for Employers on Recruiting and Managing Service Members and Veterans. DMT consultants Colonel (Ret.) Ted Kehr, Julie Golkowski, LCMHC, and Dr. Dan Potenza, MD will be instrumental in the success of this initiative as lead trainers, with the support of our Creative Learning Solutions team. DMT salutes the NH Department of Health and Human Services and we are honored to be able to continue to contribute our knowledge, skills, and expertise to improve access to and quality of care for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families.
