Dare Mighty Things (DMT) has recently been awarded a contract through the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to provide outreach, education, and training benefiting NH Veterans, Service Members, and their Families. This initiative, led by DMT’s Director of Creative Learning Solutions Jacqueline Bessette, will involve the design, development, and implementation of military culture training for 50 civilian and military service providers across New Hampshire. Four regional conferences will also be conducted aimed at improving access to care within the military community. A comprehensive resource guide of local, state and federal resources will be developed and made available for veterans, service members and their families. DMT’s instructional design team, along with subject matter experts COL (ret.) Ted Kehr, LCMHC Julie Golkowksi, former NH National Guard Member Mary Bergner, and community partners will be instrumental in the success of this initiative. DMT salutes the NH Department of Health and Human Services and we are honored to be able to contribute our insight, skills, and experience.
