October 2010 – The team of Dare Mighty Things and Goldbelt Wolf has been selected by the National Guard Directorate of Manpower and Personnel to enhance performance management of essential programs effecting Service Members and their Families. Our team will identify performance outcomes and indicators and design a dashboard for J1 support programs: Psychological Health, Employer Support, Family, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, Warrior Support, and Yellow Ribbon Reintegration. The initiative will provide a comprehensive view of statutory, regulatory, policy, resourcing, and training functions, as well as the overall impact of the programs. A complete analysis and design report with recommendations for content, display/format, alignment/relationships, and reporting will lead to a performance management dashboard for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual feedback at the tactical and operational levels.
This latest DMT effort continues a record of successful support to the National Guard that includes the Youth Challenge Program, Family Program, and the Yellow Ribbon Program. To learn more, visit the client engagements page the client engagements page of our website at www.daremightythings.com.
